Our mission: to humanize, create and excel

Cogir currently manages approximately 50 private residences for seniors. These grouped residences have more than 11,000 units. The different residences cater mainly to independent, semi-independent or long-term care clients. We also run a private nursing home fully occupied by nuns. In addition, Cogir now manages and develops secured entry and exit prosthetic units in many of its residences. These units offer a high level of care and safety for people with Alzheimer's. COGIR Immobilier wants to become a leader in this market with great potential.

The division is comprised of professionals who have specialized expertise in the various functions that make a seniors residence successful. The company relies on food service, health care, recreation, operations and marketing specialists. These specialists create value-added programs that allow the properties to be among the highest revenue-generating services of the industry.

The company has also set up different types of housing and services that allow residents to maximize their eligibility for government tax credits available.
